Fair Wind Secretarial Services Limited was incorporated in Hong Kong on 27 February 1973 and has been a wholly owned subsidiary of prestigious law firm Messrs. Woo Kwan Lee & Lo.
Messrs. Woo Kwan Lee & Lo. are committed to offer all-rounded professional legal services to a wide spectrum of corporate and individual clients in Hong Kong and Mainland China, covering conveyancing, corporate and commercial, PRC affairs, litigation and company secretarial service. Messrs. Woo Kwan Lee & Lo. provide a range of company secretarial services through us.
Our company secretarial services cover listed and private companies incorporated in and outside Hong Kong. Since 1973, we served and are serving more than 20,000 companies. With the continuous support of our clients, we are providing company secretarial services to about 70 companies listed on Main Board and GEM of the Stock Exchange in Hong Kong.
In 2018, we have been granted a Trust or Company Service Provider Licence by the Hong Kong Companies Registry.
